Multi-Storey Car Park Modena, 1998 The Garage Ferrari is a multi-storey structure which provides 380 parking places guarded and monitored through a system of constant surveillance. It was created in the spaces of the glorious Ferrari workshop in Viale Trento Trieste 33, Modena.

Executive Offices Sassuolo, 2004 Block on five floors for the commercial and executive offices, equipped with two elevator units, covered on the outside with aluminium panels, linked to the existing block via a metalwork tunnel. The intervention also included the creation of a basement level.

Restructuring of Headquarters Modena, 2006 Offices and meeting rooms for the association of shopkeepers in the province of Modena, created thanks to the restructuring of an early 20th-century building, maintaining the exposed masonry and the wooden beams of the roofing.
